REGISTRATION FORM FOR PARTICIPANT
Confirmation of registration
All registration received by ChSNDT on or before May 31st 2008 will be confirmed in writing.
Cancellation
All application for refund of the participation fee minus a cancellation charge of 25% of the total amount paid should be sent to ChSNDT before May 31, 2008. We regret that we cannot consider any later application. Any refunds will be made after the closure of the conference.
