The 17th World Conference on Non-destructive Testing
REGISTRATION FORM FOR AUTHORS
　　Author must fill in this form completely and send with the abstract on-line to the Technical Committee of 17 World Conference on Non-destructive Testing. The website of the organizer is: www.17wcndt.com or e-mail: chsndt2008@163.com, or e-mail of the Chinese Society for NDT: chsndt@public2.sta.net.cn.
　　 Abstracts, papers and registration forms sent through fax are not acceptable. 　　Deadline for receipt of abstracts is until: Dec.31 2007 and for paper is: June 15 2008.
　　 If authors have not received the notification of acceptance till Jan.31 2008, that means their abstracts have not been accepted. And till June 30, 2008 the deadline for notice of the paper reception.
　　 Before sending papers to the Technical committee, authors should make registration first of the conference on-line and pay for the registration fee until June 30, 2008 otherwise their papers will not be collected in the conference proceeding (CD).
