(Fee for the exhibition booth includes: rigid modular booth, carpet, one desk two chairs, company name sign in both English and Chinese, one socket of 220v/500v for lighting, two spotlights, one wastebasket, and brief introduction of exhibitor published in the Guideline of the Exhibition free of charge, daily stand cleaning and safety guard of the exhibition booth).

We hereby apply to rent exhibit space and events related at the above-mentioned conference. We enclose with this contract a deposit representing 40% of the total fees. Upon receipt, our company’s name will be added to the Exhibitors list, which will be used to determine the location of our space according to our preference as indicated below. We understand that space allocation may be modified by the organizer for the benefit of the exhibit. We agree to comply with the Rules and Regulations and terms and conditions, published in the Exhibitors Guide and Service Manual.

After receiving 40% deposit of the total fees, the exhibition booth should be considered being reserved. It should not be re-least by the exhibitor to others.

6 Cancellation
Should we wish to cancel this contract, we, the exhibitor, will be liable for 50 % of total booth fee if rental is cancelled before December 1, 2007 and 100 % of total booth fee if rental is cancelled thereafter. Any contracts for exhibit that remains unpaid by the start of the conference may be cancelled and exhibitor will forfeit deposits paid and any claims to exhibit.
