Hosted by the International Committee of Non-destructive Testing, undertaken by the Chinese Society for Non-destructive Testing and assisted by Shanghai Keluoli ltd., the 17^th WCNDT and the Exhibition will be held in Shanghai Exhibition Center from Aug.27 to 31. 2008.

　　As an organizer of the exhibition, we invite sincerely all the NDT and NDT related instrument producers, equipment manufacturers, and researchers and technicians from every part of the world to attend our grand event. The conference and exhibition have provided us with a stage to exchange our advanced techniques and newly developed instruments. It is the first time that a world NDT conference and exhibition to be held in Shanghai, China, we would do our best to organize it well, to let the attendants feel worth to come. We try to organize more visitors by holding several conferences concerned of some provinces at the same time in Shanghai. It is also a good chance for Chinese NDT personnel to visit such a high level, worldwide exhibition in China.

a. Stand rental：US $380/m² (3mX3m=9m²) US $ 3420

(including rigid modular booth, carpet, one desk two chairs, company name sign in both English and Chinese, one socket of 220v/500w for lighting, two spotlights, one wastebasket )

b. Ground rental: US $360/m²

(decorated by exhibitor self)

　　Fee for both options including: brief introduction of exhibitor published in the Guideline of the Exhibition free of charge, daily stand cleaning and safety guard of the exhibition booth.

4 New products and technique releasing (2.5 hours)

　　The organizer provides meeting room(s) with 40 seats for exhibitor to release his new products and techniques.

　　The rental is: US $1200/2.5 hours/one meeting room.

　　Exhibiter should first submit the Application Form with signature to the Exhibition Secretariat of 17 WCND via E-mail or net work. Upon receiving of it, the exhibition secretariat will contact with the participant by e-mail or fax to make sure of the booth location and total fees then sight the Exhibit Contract by both sides in which it written with payment terms and cancellation. The Exhibition Secretariat will provide with an Exhibition Menu to the exhibiter for the instruction of the following steps.

The earlier the payment, the better the booth arranged.
